Baldwin Construction in association with Manhattan Sanctuary was honored to be a part of this unique development project.  Dave Baldwin, careful to preserve Baldwin Construction’s reputation for quality, patiently waited for the right opportunity to enter the development market place.  When Susan Kaminski, founder and President of Manhattan Sanctuary, approached him with a ½ lot in Manhattan Beach and a vision to re-define the high-end development experience, that opportunity had arrived.

Teaming up with Michael Lee Architects, Baldwin Construction and Manhattan Sanctuary enlisted the help of Interior Designer Susanne Devine (Devine Interiors) and a talented group of craftsmen and women.  Our Goal was simple : Create an extraordinary home at a price point that would compete in this ever-changing real estate environment.
